Frank Caifa is Head of Sales and Business Development for Embrace Partners. At Embrace, Frank maintains an internal sales team to prospect both large and medium sized retail brokerage operations. Frank Caifa is charged with maintaining the primary relationship for Embrace’s largest clients and is instrumental in interfacing with Embrace’s carrier partners.
Frank is responsible for engaging with senior management of insurance companies both to initiate new appointments and to make sure metrics and other agreed upon growth goals are met with each partner. This includes not only premium growth but also lines of business written. Mr Caifa offers a deep bench of contacts on the insurance company side having “grown up” working at AIG with several senior executives at companies such as AXIS, Chubb-Westchester, Liberty-Ironshore, AWAC, AIG-Lexington, and Starr. Frank Caifa is a former Assistant Vice President in the Ecommerce Division of AIG Small Business. His primary responsibilities were marketing, training, underwriting, and managing the NY Region’s Ecommerce’s production. Mr. Caifa spent extensive time in the territory training existing customers and discovering new sources of revenue. The NY Region accounted for approximately 40% of the entire country’s annual revenues. Prior to joining Embrace, Frank Caifa was Business Development Leader at CRC, initially working in the northeast corridor of the country prior to joining the National Marketing Team. Frank has spent over 25 years working in or with the insurance industry.
