Frank Caifa is a seasoned insurance executive with over 25 years of experience in sales, business development, and underwriting. As Head of Sales, he spearheads Embrace Partners’ growth, leveraging his extensive background at top carriers and wholesalers to deliver unique value to our clients.

  • Extensive Carrier Leadership: He held key leadership roles at AIG, where he was responsible for managing the New York Region’s production—a region that accounted for approximately 40% of the entire country’s annual revenues in the Ecommerce Division. As a former Vice President at Swiss Re’s Financial Services Business Group, Frank was at the genesis of the weather risk market, developing complex programs for large U.S. corporations and insurance companies. This background demonstrates his ability to innovate and manage risk at the highest level.
  • Proven Wholesale Acumen: At CRC, he successfully drove significant growth, managing large association relationships and placing a wide variety of complex risks. He has extensive experience in areas such as primary and excess casualty, professional lines, trucking and transportation, agriculture, and property, with a specific focus on hard-to-place construction risks and large D&O and EPLI placements for corporations with billions in revenue.
  • Unrivaled Professional Credentials: Frank’s credentials provide an added layer of trust and expertise. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in New York and holds securities representative and investment advisor licenses, having passed the Series 7, 63, and 65 exams. He is also a licensed insurance broker for Property and Casualty, providing a comprehensive understanding of the financial, legal, and operational aspects of the industry.
