As a nationally certified MBE, Embrace allows clients to receive diversity credits on 100% of the premium paid for insurance placements, which can be applied toward diversity goals.
CONSULTING PLATFORM
The consulting platform helps public and large private projects meet their diversity goals. Embrace provides a "turnkey solution " that integrates insurance, capacity building, funding, and bonding for diverse contractors and developers. The company also offers capital management services to reduce financial exposure for project owners by managing all project funds on behalf of small contractors.
SURETY BONDING IN-HOUSE
Embrace writes surety on T-Listed paper for up to $5 million in house. Our team offers decades of experience helping subcontractors grow into prime contractors, positioning owners and CMs to meet project goals.

A large national contractor ' s Risk Manager sought a way to meet minority spend goals for various construction projects. The Risk Manager introduced Embrace to their retail broker, who was impressed with the platform and established a relationship to place coverage for future projects.

A large international construction company working on a project for the Port Authority of NY/NJ needed to meet minority spend goals. Embrace provided a solution that allowed the client' s existing broker to keep the relationship while using the Embrace platform to meet the diversity goals.
